Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion open to residents of the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland, excluding employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Limited, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Under 16’s must have parent/guardian permission to enter. Entries from third parties/agents are invalid.

2. There are 10 pairs of Wimbledon 2009 tickets to be won, plus 2 2010 pairs to be won in an extra ‘late entry’ competition. The passes are for two people, including full hospitality and show court tickets.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Entrants from UK, IoM, and CI must enter their details at www.robinsonsdrinks.com/wimbledon.

5. Entrants from the ROI must also answer the competition question ‘I think I should win Wimbledon tickets and have the chance of playing on court with my family because……’ online in no more than 20 extra words. Two winners will be selected from the ROI as judged by an independent panel and eight winners from UK, IoM and CI will be selected at random under independent supervision.

6. One ‘late entry’ winner will be selected from ROI as judged by an independent panel and one ‘late entry’ winner from UK, IoM, and CI under independent supervision.

7. Entries for the chance to win the 2009 prizes close 21st June 2009. Entries for the 2010 prize close 28th February 2010. Entries for the first competition will not be carried over to the second competition. The 2009 winners will be invited to attend The Championships on Saturday 27th June 2009. The 2010 winners will be invited to attend The Championships on Saturday 26th June 2010.

8. Prize consists of a pair of tickets to the Wimbledon Championships and the opportunity to play on a court at Wimbledon following the championships (Date TBC between 01/07/09- 31/08/09) with your family* (*family consists of 2 x adults and 2 x children under 16). Winners will be invited back to Wimbledon after the season has finished and given passes to play on a court with their family, and given a guided tour of the grounds. Accommodation will also be included.

9. Anyone under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

10. Maximum of one prize per household.

11. Winners of the 2009 prizes will be notified by telephone on Monday 22nd June 2009. Winners will be called five times between 9.00am and 6.00pm on the telephone number supplied on their entry. Winners of the 2010 late entry prizes will be contacted by telephone within 28 days of the late closing date (28th February 2010). In the event that contact cannot be made the promoter reserves the right to award the prizes to reserves selected at the same time as the original winners.

12. Proof of submitting online will not be taken as proof of receipt or delivery. No responsibility will be taken for entries that are delayed, damaged, defaced, illegible, lost or undelivered for any reason whatsoever.

13. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.

14. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The promoter will collect personal details for the purposes of administering this promotion. In administering this promotion, the promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary. We will not share your details with other organisations. By entering this promotion you agree to the collection and use of your data in this manner.

16. For winners’ names, counties and ROI winning entries please send a SAE to Wimbledon 2009, PO Box 1000, Warrington, WA4 6YB, UK. Winners list for the main competition will be available from 30th June 2009, and the winners list for the late entry competition will be available from 10th March 2010.

17. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this promotion.

18. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them.

EA SPORTS™ Grand Slam® Tennis Giveaway

1. General

The opening time and date of the prize draw is 01/06/09 at 00:01 GMT, and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 21/06/09 at 23:59 GMT. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

2. Restrictions

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged thirteen (13) and over only. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of “Electronic Arts” (“EA”) (“Promoter”), their agents and anyone connected to this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Rules to participate

Participants may enter the draw upon submitting their contact details. Entrants may only submit their details once to robinsonsdrinks.com/wimbledon

4. Prize(s)

Fifteen (15) prize winners will be selected, at random from all valid entries providing their details are received by EA.

Five (5) Winners will receive one (1) Wii™ System from Nintendo and one (1) copy of EA SPORTS™ Grand Slam® Tennis for Wii™.

Ten (10) Winners will receive one (1) copy of EA SPORTS™ Grand Slam® Tennis for Wii™.

Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries in the prize draw.

There are no alternatives to these prizes. They are as stated and are non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond the control of EA, EA is unable to provide the stated prizes, EA reserves the right to award substitute prizes of equal value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

5. Results

Winners will be contacted by email within 14 days of the closing date.

If the winner of the prize cannot be traced within 30 days after reasonable efforts have been made by EA, EA will be entitled to select alternative winner from among the entrants.

If the winner of the prize does not claim the prize within 60 days the prize will forfeit.

If proof of age is requested, the prize shall not be dispatched unless proof of age is received and if satisfactory proof of age is not received, the Promoter reserves the rights to choose another winner.

6. General Conditions

Any entry, which does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of EA. EA is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to mobile entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery.

Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of EA shall be final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Data protection

In order to participate in the campaign participants must provide certain information on themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring the campaign, as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information.

By entering this prize draw players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material, which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter.
